I'm now 15 weeks and ready to head into my 4th month. In the 4th month of my pregnancy with Kaylee I started to have more energy and the morning sickness went away. YAY! I'm hoping this time will be the same. I've started to feel the baby move, it's just little flutters right now. This is the point when it becomes very real and exciting. Kaylee really started to pack a punch around the 5th month and she would kick 20 out of the 24 hours in a day. Maybe this one will be a mellow baby...we'll find out soon enough.
All About Baby
At week 15, your baby-to-be stretches his limbs and bends at his elbows. He's getting big enough that you can feel many of these movements. This week your baby is roughly the size of a small apple or orange. His bones are continuing to grow and lengthen. While he looks more like a baby, his skin is still thin and translucent with his veins visible. Your baby is also beginning to grow lanugo, a very fine hair. It will keep growing until around the 26th gestational week of pregnancy (that's week 28 of your pregnancy).

What's Happening with Your Body
You finally look pregnant! As your bump grows, your internal organs are shifting positions to make room for your baby-to-be. Less room means you may not be able to eat large meals, but instead you'll need to eat more frequently to stay satisfied. Because of cramped tummy space, you may have heartburn and indigestion. Your blood flow has increased to provide extra nutrients—meaning more trips to the bathroom for you. You may also notice that you're retaining water.
